This auction is being conducted by Vanko Trading Incorporated (VTI).  VTI is a North Carolina ecommerce corporation operating from Pennsylvania.  Currently, our business office is in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania and our primary warehouse is in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

We accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

For Paypal, if you have an "unconfirmed" shipping address, we will need some form of verification prior to shipment of any item over $50. We will work with you to provide proper verification. Note that this does not effect many people.

Shipping

We primarily ship from our Pennsylvania and California warehouses.  We also have arrangements with several manufacturers where they ship directly to our customers.  We use all major shipping carriers.  In rare cases we may need to ship your order the same class of service on a different carrier.

We provide shipping insurance at no cost to you!

99% of our orders ship in one business day except for a few items that have a longer lead time clearly noted in the product description.

International

International buyers are responsible for all taxes/duties/etc.  We can not ship your item outside of the United States as a "gift" or "sample" or using any other method intended to circumvent customs duties.

UPS Standard to Canada: Please note that although shipping costs are often less using UPS standard and it is often faster than the post office, customs brokerage fees are significantly higher and are the buyer's responsiblity.

Note that USPS does not provide tracking for Global Priority Mail. If you would like tracking, please select USPS Express Mail or UPS.

Special note for the use of electronic products outside of North America: Unless otherwise noted, electronic products we represent are designed for the United States and Canada. We have many very satisfied customers around the world who use electical power converters with our products. However, we are not responsible for electrical damage or compatibility issues due to your local power source.

Returns

Do not like it:  Contact us within 15 days and we will provide return instructions.  Buyer is responsible for the cost to ship back to us.  Refund will be made via the payment method used.  Shipping, including shipping costs associated with free-shipping or shipping-included offers, is not refundable.  Our restocking fee is 5%.  The item must be in unused condition and include all manuals, warranty cards, etc.

Damaged: Contact us immediately so we can process an insurance claim.  You may be required to provide further information.  We will re-ship the order once the claim is filed.

Defective: Virtually all of the manufacturers we represent require that you contact them directly in the case of a defective item.  If you have any problem with the manufacturer, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

Goods returned without prior approval are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  We operate out of several warehouses and must send you instructions and RMA number for your return.
