Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. We only use first-quality materials and we will pack your purchase with great care.

Our preferred shipping carriers:
We typically ship via FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted. FedEx can not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO locations and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are normally higher than our posted flat rate shipping fee so drop us a line and we will come up with a solution for you.

We require insurance on all items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. Signature Service will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. Please understand that is for our mutual protection and there can be no exceptions.

We will make every effort to ship your purchase the same business day we receive your payment confirmation. To be safe it may not ship for 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your purchase is shipped we will send you an email with your tracking number.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping for you so if you purchased multiple items let us know before you check out as we may be able to offer you a discounted rate. Some items are easy to combine and others are not so let us work some magic for you.

LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us at service.pa0107@i-soldit.com if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store. All local or in store pick-ups will be charged sales tax which is 7% in Philadelphia and a $5.00 handling fee.

RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us! We strive to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that you can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction.

If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item.
