Your business is extremely important to us. PAYMENTS
We accept payment via PayPal (money order in US dollars or Cash when picked up). We would appreciate payment within 7 days from the close of the auction.
INSURANCE & TRACKING
Insurance and tracking is included in all shipping costs. All packages are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS. When the label is printed, PayPal will send an email with the delivery confirmation or tracking number to you at your PayPal email address.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We are happy to combine shipping on multiple auctions to reduce overall shipping costs. Each day, we will send you a combined invoice for all unpaid sales completed within 7 days of the first purchase - this invoice will reflect the combined shipping rate. We may send you individual invoices for certain items - please ignore those individual invoices, and wait to pay until you receive the combined invoice for all sales. When multiple items are purchased from more than one eBay site (ie. eBay UK and eBay USA), we will need your PayPal email address to send a combined total. Please note that we must ship items individually when separate payments are made.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We use US Postal Service Priority Mail shipping (6-10 business day transit time after shipment) for this item. If you want 3-5 day transit time after shipment, please request USPS Express Mail International shipping and we will update your invoice with the added cost. All shipments include insurance and tracking. The buyer is responsible for any duties/taxes due upon delivery.
Please note: We declare all sales as MERCHANDISE on the customs document, and we declare the final auction price (less shipping and handling) as the value on the document. Please don’t ask us to make false statements on the documents. There may be duties & other charges due once the package reaches it’s destination. These charges are separate from the Shipping & Handling paid for this auction, and they are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local Customs & Postal Delivery System PRIOR TO BIDDING if you have any questions about these charges.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item that you purchased from us, please call us at 480-396-6015 (8:00am – 8:00pm Pacific only) or email us at arizonaheltons@cox.net, and we will be happy to make arrangements for a return.
