order as payment options. The following is a list of more
specific payment instructions :

Payment must be made within 3 days after auction is closed
(7
days if paying by money order).
- We accept PayPal payments with
confirmed addresses only. If you send a payment without a
confirmed address, your payment will be denied and you will have
to either resend the payment with a confirmed address or chose
an alternate payment method.
- For credit card payments we will only ship to an
address verified with your credit card company. This is usually
your billing address (where you receive your monthly statement)
some banks allow an alternate address to be added to your file.

are fully tested prior to being shipped.
If an item malfunctions, then it is
the buyer's responsibility to contact us by phone or e-mail
to get warranty service. The buyer
is responsible for shipping back the product.
Return shipping costs are not covered.

appropriate feedback. If no payment is received for the buyer's purchase,

Is
this product new or used?
We Are the Canadian Distributor for Vapir Products.
All our vaporizers are brand new units unless otherwise specified.
How can you guarantee that the product purchased is in working
order?
We test all units prior to shipping and we have a 90 day warranty. We have
email support, a Toll Free number and a Live WebChat to contact us should you have any difficulties
using your Vaporizer.
Why don't you offer refunds but exchanges only?
We want everyone to have the right vaporizer for their needs
and not get discouraged after trying just one. If you did not select the
proper vaporizer the first time around, we will gladly offer you an
exchange for a vaporizer that is right for you. Please see our
recommendations with each auction or contact us prior to buying an
auction to find out which vaporizer is best for you.
Do you offer other shipping services then UPS or US Post?
Can I select my own shipping service?
No. We only ship via UPS or US Post shipping service due to the accounts
which we currently have set up. We will not ship using your account
number to avoid any confusion.
