Alternate address changes MUST be made in the shipping address field of the Paypal payment.
We can only accept U.S. registered Paypal accounts.

Some of our products are factory reconditioned units. If an item is reconditioned, it will be clearly stated in the description of the sale. Please read the following information before bidding on a reconditioned item.
*It is a like-new unit that conforms to new product functionality and electrical specifications.
*Factory Reconditioned items were returned to the manufacturer by retailers.
*The manufacturer inspected and tested the units, then determined the products to be in excellent condition.
*The units were repackaged, and marked as Factory Reconditioned.

We use USPS and Fedex ground service. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. Shipping method and carrier is determined at our sole discretion and tracking numbers cannot be provided. Shipping costs are clearly listed in each auction. Shipping discounts for multiple items will be listed at the bottom left corner of the auction page. We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Sales tax will be applied to KS and MO residents. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within the specified time and we will be happy to track the package for you. We do not offer local pickup.
