PACKAGING & SHIPPING:

I take pride in my packaging and realize that many items do not fit in the free USPS boxes. That’s why I special order boxes to ensure they arrive beautiful and safe. When you open your package, I hope you will appreciate the little extras.
I generally ship daily, via USPS Priority Mail, which means you will receive your package quickly. If your payment is received early in the day – your item is likely to go out the same day.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is recommended. I take pride in properly packaging your item, but once it leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Should a claim be necessary, I will gladly provide any info you need to proceed. If you elect to take the chance without insurance – that is your choice and your chance. I recommend you elect coverage amount during the checkout process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I appreciate my international trading partners and gladly provide the additional paperwork necessary to ship your packages. Generally international shipments are quick (6-14 days) and easy. I have shipped thousands of packages around the world with no problems. BUT, some countries are notoriously slow (30+ days) in processing packages. Once, it leaves my hands, it is out of my control.
Insurance is not available to all parts of the world. I will ship to your area, but I will not be responsible if a package is lost/damaged.
I do not mark items as “gift”.
It is your responsibility to determine if your country may charge extra for duties/taxes, etc.
