    Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.

    Our preferred shipping carriers:
    For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx and UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

    We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

    Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.

    International Shipping: We are not currently shipping internationally.

    Combined Shipping: If you win four or more of our auctions within a 7 day period we would be happy to combine your shipping. You will be charged full price shipping for the item which costs the most to ship and a $5 handling charge for each additional item after that. We will not combine ship glass or breakables. Here are the steps you'll need to follow (no exceptions please). 1. Payments must be made individually for each item through Paypal. 2. Once your payments have been made send us an email (service.fl0121@i-soldit.com) with the details of your items and payments. 3. We will refund the shipping costs (not the $5 handling) on all but one of your items. All refunds will be processed within 72 hours. 4.
