A SMALL LOAF PAN IS GREAT......you can use most anything as a mold for your soap...You can layer colors, shred, chop(salad shooter works great), one color soap and put into a regular mold or log mold and pour another color over.
To get additives to float and not sink to the bottom you will let the soap cool a bit. It is a bit tricky and takes a little practice to find that "right stage" to pour, so it is not too thick or thin. Too thin and the additives will sink to the bottom. If it's to thick it will be very difficult to pour into your mold. remember you can always remelt it and try again for practice or to fix MISTAKES, Only try this while using one color to avoid color run .Although some mixed colors can be great creations!!! Don't be afraid to try!
