All Bare Escentual eyeshadow colors can be applied dry for a soft look or wet for a more dramatic effect. They can be layered to create a individual look or mixed to create your own shade. The more you use the deeper the shade.
Bare Escentual Liners can be applied wet or dry as well, I prefer to apply my liner wet, it seems to last longer that way. When applied dry they have a more " smokey" line. Applied wet and you have a deeper sharp line.
