This is a HUGE lot of 124 MediFast meals, puddings and drinks. Listed below is the quantity and expiration date for the food. In addition to all 124 food items is "The Secret is Out" book (which details the Medifast approach), the "Quick Start Guide", the Medifast Ultimate Shaker and the Medifast Shaker Jar. Now a few of the packets are expired, but I've detailed those few below and I personally think dried food is fine past the date but that's your call. I just wanted to make you aware.
