Easy operation

• Put the power cable and array into the host machine socket. Put the array in a washbasin (not included, perpare yourself) and wear a wristband on your wrist/forearm. Then turn on the machine.
• Select user's system A or B. (can be used for two person at the same time).
• Add a little bit of salt (normal salt) to make the ion density rise to 1.6 - 2.0 (the ion density in the water is different depending on the water quality). The ions can't exceed 2.4.
• Listen to the music, just like using a music player.

3.Delivery and Tracking Number : Normally ship out by UPS ground service 1-2 business day after your payment is received. A tracking number will be emailed to your Ebay-registered email address.

If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time. All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer.

• You may return our product for refund or exchange within 7 days upon receiving shipment. Shipping & Handling charge is not refundable. Customer will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to our distribute center and shipping the exchanged product.
• All return item must be in original box and the array not be used. Our customer service personnel will inspect the returned merchandise before refund or exchange.
• Email us first for Return Authorization Number and return address first before you ship back the package. No package sending back will be processed for refund if no RAN code. Please also make sure that you packed well and insure the package when you ship it back. No refund will be made for a damaged product and shipping & handding fee.
