All Items come from a Smoke and Pet Free Home. I describe my items to the best of my ability but please keep in mind that all of my items (unless otherwise described) are used but in excellent condition. I pride myself in providing a great product and would never sell an item i wouldn't use/wear myself. That being said, I do not accept returns unless I am convinced that I have GROSSLY misrepresented an item. Payments are expected within 3 days of the auction ending. I have recently had a large amount of nonpaying bidders, I make every attempt to contact my buyers however after 7 days an unpaid item dispute WILL be filed. I accept Paypal and POSTAL money orders only. Buyers who are sending a postal money order: please make sure you let me know you will be sending the payment so I do not consider it an unpaid item after the 3 days are up. Money orders MUST be purchased at the post office so I can cash them immediately at the post office without having to wait for them to clear the bank-this makes shipping quicker to the buyer. Positive feedback will be left for all buyers after your item has been shipped. I do not include shipping insurance as an option on my invoices because not every buyer wants it and I have overlooked the difference in the payment before so if you would like shipping insurance-please email me so I know and add it to your invoice-once items have left my hands at the post office-I am not responsible for the package.
