 Nice Location Route 38West on the border of Hainesport and Mount Holly NJ.  Turnkey business includes;10 tanning beds, one stand-up, spray tan room, 3k in inventory (lotion etc.), Computer, Helios hardware and software,  all cases furniture, drink cooler,  washer/dryer, copier, fax, extra bulbs and much more.  The bulbs were replaced mid summer so there is plenty of life left on them.  The salon including upstairs has about 2000sft it is in a plaza with several businesses(curves, labor, pizza, hair salon, molly maids, karate, preschool) This sale must include taking over or redoing the lease.  The lease has only a year and a half left but the landlord will redo lease for as long as you want.
