Vintage Sterling Pillbox w/ Millefiori Glass Top Design
...measuring exactly 30.4mm in diameter and 14mm in depth closed, this excellent condition Italian made 925 sterling silver engraved pill box features stunning Millefiori glass on the top. Also, as pictured below, the bottom of the piece is marked "925" for its silver content.
