For 5 years, we will cover the electronic parts, which excludes normal wear and tear on upholstering, improper use or tampering, or accidental damage. We provide standard spare parts to you that can be installed by yourself. We provide support to assist you in diagnosis, and repair and provide instructions with photos. We stock spare parts and can provide them to you even after the warranty period at low prices. These are very well built chairs and we stand behind them! Spare parts subject to availability.
