- Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy: In the remote chance you receive an incorrect, mistakenly listed, damaged, or DOA item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item so we may process your refund if approved. The original shipping charge or pick up fee is only refundable if the return is due to a SabbaShop error. The refund will be issued once the item is received (only if it is necessary to get the item back). All returns MUST have prior authorization. When returning a product from the U.S.A. please send the product as a defective return and declare product value on the customs form ($5 value) otherwise we may refuse the return due to customs and brokerage fees. The Buyer is responsible for shipping back a product. Return shipping costs are not covered. MAKE SURE TO TEST THE ITEM WITHIN 48 HOURS ONCE IT IS RECEIVED, EVEN IF THE ITEM IS A GIFT OR A SEASONAL PRODUCT .

· Most items are shipped via UPS GROUND within 72 hours of receiving payment. Local pick up is available at L3R 1B6, Markham, Ontario. Full address, directions, and pick up information will be emailed at auctions end.
All items must be picked up within 14 days of the most recent item's auction end date.
Locally picked up items DO NOT incur shipping charges but are subject to a non-negotiable Pick Up Fee:
CDN $5.00 PER ITEM
GST will be added to all pick up fees in accordance with Ministry of Finance regulations.
