Important notes: Before you bid on our auction, please ensure that you read everything thoroughly! Note shipping type, and be aware that some of our items are listed with a flat rate shipping fee. This fee includes a very small handling fee towards packing materials. Items that are listed as shipping Priority will ship as soon as payment is received and cleared.
Auction and Store Sales Policy: Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 3 days via Pay pal, item will be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed at the sellers sole discretion. Please be sure of your bids, we do not cancel bids made in error. If you place a bid and decide that you didn’t want the item, it is up to you to remove it. On rare occasions, AS WITH RETAIL OPERATIONS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE BUSINESS. If your feedback reveals numerous non-payments or consistent problems, your bid will be cancelled.
Payment & Contact Details: We accept Paypal only. We do not accept personal checks or money orders any longer. Item will not ship until payment is received and cleared.
Feedback Policy: Feedback will be left only after completion of transaction and after feedback has been left by buyer.
Privacy Policy: Rest assured your information will not be given, sold, rented or loaned to any third party.
Shipping Details: Laciseller only ships to the 50 United States! Laciseller only ships to CONFIRMED addresses, this is for your protection and ours as well! If you want an item shipped to another address, you must contact us, prior to bidding, or change the address in paypal. Winning bids will be shipped via Flat Rate Shipping Service, usually meaning US Postal Service or UPS at our discretion and for the benefit of our customers. Smaller items are usually shipped via Priority mail, but if you are unsure please ask! US mail shipments include insurance and/or delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit! Insurance will be offered.
Shipping Discounts: Multiple items purchased from us will of course receive a discount on shipping if they can be shipped in the same container. If there are two or more large items that cannot be shipped in the same box, then a discount cannot be granted.
