SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days (mostly within 24hrs) via UPS/USPS. UPS requires a physical address, no PO Box address will be shipped to. Notification of shipment will be sent to your registered email address when shipped. It usually takes 2-5 days to recieve your item. Mail transit time is best estimated but not guaranteed as transit time varies.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipment.
Shipping & handling fee is not negotiable.
PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal only.
We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder if payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended.
We offer local pick up service. Please call us (626) 336-2829 prior to visiting and we will gladly assist you.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax would be charged for items shipped to: CA (9.750%).
RETURNS:
Exchanges are offered for items that are defective when received, although this is highly unlikely. Defective items or problems with your order must be reported within 3 days after receiving.
Please contact us before returning your package and customer's item must be returned to our facility with the ROF (Return Order Form) at the buyers shipping expense.
IMPORTANT: Please keep all packaging, documentation, packing list, etc. that came with your order. These will be used to verify claims if there is any problem with your order.
Restocking fee will be charged for the item without original package.
