Return Policy |

salonsRus accept returns and exchanges 30 days from the original purchase. After 30 days, our merchandise falls under our 1 year warranty terms and conditions.
Returns: Merchandise must be returned in original condition and original packaging. A full refund will be given, minus a 25% restocking fee to cover original shipping cost and selling fees. All refunds are applied to the same payment used in the initial purchase. If your merchandise was paid by check or money order, please allow 2 weeks for a refund check.
All freight damage must be reported to salonsRus within 24 hours. If damage is visible on delivery, please refuse shipment, and contact us at 425-640-9988 or via email at support@salonsrus.com. |

Warranty Terms and Condition |

All products have a 1 year warranty on parts. If a part breaks due to a defect, salonsRus will replace the part free of charge with no shipping costs to our customer. Damage due to inappropriate use by the customer will void our warranty. salonsRus warranty does not include replacement bulbs, any glass pieces, labor or installation of the warranty part although salonsRus will provide phone assistance with installation or repair.
