Customers will receive tracking information to the e-mail address they have registered with eBay within one day of item(s) shipment.

Upon shipment, a detailed sales invoice will be sent to the e-mail address the customer has registered with eBay.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY; CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

• Typically, we ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment, although delivery times for custom items may be longer. Transit times vary based upon destination.
• Hawaiian, Alaskan, Canadian and Puerto Rican customers must call for shipping quote and/or customs brokerage information.
• We can only deliver to physical addresses. No APOs or P.O. Boxes, please.

RETURNS

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 3 business days NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Customer must call for a Return Authorization (RA #) Number. Without an RA#, returns will be refused.
• In the event of return, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and all actual shipping costs to the delivery destination will be deducted from the refund. Shipping and Handling costs from the customer to Salon and Beauty Source are the responsibility of the customer.
• Custom-made items, including items with custom colors and pedicure spas are not refundable and not returnable.
• Returns must arrive in “new” condition and original packaging. Should a return arrive to us damaged, the customer will not be eligible for a refund through Salon and Beauty Source and a damage claim should be made by the customer against the shipper for a refund.

SHIPPING DAMAGE; WARRANTY; AND CODE REQUIREMENT

• If a product arrives to you damaged, you must inform the delivery company and note the damage with the delivery driver upon delivery.
• All damages must be reported to Salon and Beauty Source within 3 days of delivery. If not reported within this time-frame, the damage will be presumed to have been caused at the point of delivery by the freight carrier.
• Unless otherwise stated in the listing, a limited one-year warranty applies to products sold by Salon and Beauty Source.
• Salon and Beauty Source cannot and does not know every local plumbing or electrical code that may apply. Knowledge or such codes is the customer’s responsibility, and returns for failure to meet a local code are subject to the return policy above.
