Here are a few things we thought you might like to know.

We ship daily Monday through Friday. We ship through the United States Postal Service. We will send you a message through eBay within 24 hours (usually sooner) of your purchase to let you know when your order will ship. 

We print our shipping labels through PayPal for all domestic (US) shipments.

• How to find your USPS Tracking Number:
• Go to the items I've won section on your My Summary page.
• Click on the listing.
• Click on "view order details" (this is at the top left) there you will be able to see if a label has been created. If it has, the tracking number will be there and you can click on it and it will take you to USPS.

If your package is insured it will require a signature upon delivery.

All sales are final, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us before leaving feedback and we will do our best to resolve it.

Feedback: We will leave feedback after it is left for us. That way we will know that you have received your item and that you are happy with your purchase.

Contacting us: Please contact us through eBay messaging, not our e-mail. We check our messages on eBay several times a day. We only check our e-mail occasionally.

A note to Canadian buyers:

Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail International. Insurance and tracking numbers are not available for International shipments. Shipping time varies, it is not uncommon for your order to take 2 weeks or more to arrive. When you receive your package please note the date on the postage label so you will know that we shipped it promptly. When leaving feedback please rate shipping time on the time it took us to ship it, and not the time it took our postal services to deliver it to you.
