Instructions:
- Plug in all four 9W UV fluorescent bulb into the lamp
- Connect the UV lamp to AC power (110v)
- Turn on the light by pressing the ON/OFF switch at the back of the UV lamp
- If the RED indicator on the white button is ON when the power is plugged in, the UV lamp is ready to use
- If the RED indicator is OFF, press the white button ONCE to switch on the UV lamp
