Directions for use:
To activate: Firmly but gently depress and release metal activator butto and contents will crystallize and heat to 129 degrees in 15 seconds. To maintain maximum heat during use, squeeze pack repeatedly. To prepare for re-activation: Protect product by securing in cloth pouch. Gently place in boiling water and continue to boil for about 20 minutes or until completely clear and liquified. Cool to room temperature before re-use. To use for alternating cold/heat therapy: store liquified pack in refrigerator. Apply cold pack for 20 minutes, then activate and use as heat pack for 20 minutes. Boil, cool and chill to prepare for re-use.
