Returns: Merchandise must be returned in original condition and original packaging. A full refund will be given, minus a 25% fee to cover original shipping costs,

| All salon equipment have a 1 year warranty on parts. If a part breaks due to a defect, Salon Outfitters will replace the part free of charge with no shipping costs to our customer. Damage due to inappropriate use by the customer will void our warranty. Salon Outfitters warranty does not include replacement bulbs, any glass pieces, labor or installation of the warranty part, although Salon Outfitters will provide phone assistance with installation or repair.
