Salon Outfitters accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original purchase. After 30 days, our merchandise falls under our 1 year warranty terms and conditions. Returns: Merchandise must be returned in original condition and original packaging. A full refund will be given, minus a 25% fee to cover original shipping costs,
Ebay fees and PayPal fees. All refunds are applied to the same payment method used in the original purchase. If your merchandise was paid by check or money order, please allow 2 weeks for a refund check. All freight damage must be reported to Salon Outfitters within 24 hours. | All salon equipment have a 1 year warranty on parts. If a part breaks due to a defect, Salon Outfitters will replace the part free of charge with no shipping costs to our customer. Damage due to inappropriate use by the customer will void our warranty. Salon Outfitters warranty does not include replacement bulbs, any glass pieces, labor or installation of the warranty part, although Salon Outfitters will provide phone assistance with installation or repair.
