Cashiers Check or Money Order
We accept Cashier's Check and Money Order in US funds. We do not accept any personal checks or cash. You will be notified where to send your physical payment to us by mail when you make your purchase with us.

Order Processing
After your payment has been made and cleared, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order.

Shipping Information
We ship domestically with USPS. We ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.  We ship to Canada, Europe, and Australia
You must add $2.00 if you would like to purchase insurance. The insurance only covers for $50 and additional insurance can be purchased. We are not responsible for loss or damage unless insurance is purchased!

Combined Shipping Information
If you purchase more than 1 item, we combine your purchases and ship together! First, the item with the highest S&H amount will be charged. Then additional S&H fees will be charged per item based on purchases from specific categories in our ebay store.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns on hair items, unless see the following, the item shipped was incorrect or damaged.

Missing, Incorrect, or damaged items
If for any reason, you receive an incorrect item, or you are missing an item, you must contact us immediately by email to confirm the error.  We will do everything we can to resolve your issue. However, if you send back an item which is fully functioning or correctly shipped by us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for sending the item back.
