| Exchange and Return Policies |

We do our best to present accurate and up to date detailed information on every item we sell. We are not responsible for changes in specifications made by manufacturer. We encourage all bidders to research product carefully and ask appropriate questions prior to bidding.
. Return Period: A return request must be file within 7 day after the product is delivered base on delivery date from tracking number. . Restocking Fees: 15% - New item return to us in sealed original condition unopened. . Restocking Fees: 25% - New item return to us in opened box or used condition. (We will charge $5 for any missing accessories on this type of return) . Restocking fees only apply to return for refund (include defective item), return for exchange are not subject to restocking fees. . Defective item can only be returned or exchange within the 7 days return period. . Refund amount will be the item price only minus restocking fee, shipping fees are non refundable. . Shipping fees for returning the product is the buyer responsibility. Shipping of the replacement product will be on us. . All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid; returns must be shipped back via the same means of transportation as delivered to customer. | Return Procedure |

If a return is needed, the buyer must contact us by email at
support@vistardistribution.com
within 7 days of the receipt of the item
to obtain an RMA number or a refund/exchange will not be granted.
Once an RMA number is received, we must receive the item within
10 days or the RMA will be cancelled permanently. All Returned
Merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA number. Returned Merchandise
without an RMA number will be refused.
Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. All RMAs take 3-7 days to process after receiving the merchandise back. Once received, we will exchange/replace the defective item or provide refund for item return to us as working item after we test the product. All Returned Products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% service fee. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. All return items for refund are subject to restocking fees mention above base on the condition of the item.
