The heat in shipping sometimes Warps the multi colored glasses.. In the warehouse, in the delivery trucks, carriers vehicle, etc. I hate not to sell in the summer as everyone loves them.
If this happens:
If the arm is crooked, put it in very hot water for a few seconds (one at a time).
Then take them out and gently bend back in shape then hold till cool, or hold under cool water. If the frame do the same, just swish the frame in the hot water, bow the frame using the index and middle finger at the inside center of the nose, place thumb and ring finger at the temples, let them cool.
Works when you sit on ‘em or step on ‘em.
