They have one large hole for maximum air flow through the nose and are made of a soft comfortable MEDICAL GRADE plastic. There is no rubber, latex or metal.
The two cups are connected by a small strip that aids in inserting and removing from the inside of your nose. Barely visible if you need to wear them during the day to aid in breathing.
