Most items are from Minnesota estate or moving sales. Vintage and used items in many cases show some wear. I describe all items as accurate as possible; identify any damage if there is any. I have no way of knowing whether households were non smoking or pet free. If this is a problem please refrain from bidding.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns since much of my merchandise is from an estate and not my property. There has to be closure on the estate and therefore items cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Terms

BUY IT NOW is to be paid immediately. Auction payments are due within 7 days. Both BIN and auctions can be paid using PayPal, Cashier Checks or Money Orders, there may be a 10 day waiting period on shipping until money orders and cashier checks are cleared at bank.
A approximate handling fee of $2.00 ($3.00 International) will be charged to help defray the cost of shipping supplies for your well secured package. We combine shipping if items can be safely packaged together. (Please WAIT FOR AN INVOICE if you would like COMBINED SHIPPING.)

Shipping Terms

A shipping calculator is available to determine your shipping cost. Packages are shipped once payment is received and cleared. USPS First Class (items under 12 oz), USPS Priority, and USPS Media are used for shipping in the U.S.A. You will receive an automated email with the Tracking Number the day your package is being shipped, which is typically within 2-4 days; Media 2-9days (I do not ship Saturdays or Sundays.)
Once the item is taken to the post office it is out of my hands on how it is handled. I package all items very carefully and make sure there is enough packaging material to assure safe delivery, but lately there are horror stories on what the packages look like once they arrive to their location. This is why I suggest in most cases to insure your items.
If an item is received damaged, and it is insured (again I stress insuring breakable & collectible items) please notify me immediately to get the paperwork necessary to process your claim at the post office. It is up to you to take the paperwork, damaged item and packaging to the PO for your insurance refund once you receive the insurance slip from me. I am sorry, but if there are any damages insurance only pays for the cost of what you paid for the product, SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
All items must be paid through PayPal. I ship Priority International; I DO NOT ship First Class International (see note below) as this shipping method does not offer insurance or online proof of delivery as required for PayPal’s Buyer/Seller protection. I WILL NOT alter the value on Customs Forms as the package can no longer be insured for the full purchase price also; it is ILLEGAL – NO EXCEPTIONS! Packages sent overseas are sometimes delayed because of Customs and may take longer to arrive than specified by USPS. Any Customs/Duty Fees are the responsibility of the buyer. A modest handling fee of $3.00 will be charged to help defray the cost of shipping supplies for your well secured package.
NOTE IF you as a buyer, will email me to ship First Class International (only on items under 4 lbs or less and under $20) and do not care that the item is not insured or tracked I will ship it First Class International, BUT You must understand this is at your risk, if the item is lost or broken. This is completely your choice -- the risk is all yours. An email is required prior to purchasing.
