Returns:
If you have an issue with your order when you receive it, please contact us within 7 business days. Please DO NOT just return the item. Wait for a response from us with instructions as to what your options are. Our return policy varies depending on the issue.
We DO NOT refund shipping costs. We will only refund the price of the product if we do infact accept the return.
Shipping:
We use Calculated Shipping, which means your shipment cost is based on the weight of the item plus our Shipping and Handling charges. We will combine multiple purchases, the cost will then be based on the weight of the combined purchase plus our shipping and handling charges.
We ship via USPS for all packages we can and reserve the right to choose what company to use if we cannot ship via USPS.
We always ship purchases out within 3 to 5 business days after your payment clears. The only period of time this may differ will be during HOLIDAYS.
Tax:
If you live in New York State, you are required to pay State Taxes at 8.75%.
