Some whitening systems are now advertising a 'whitening light' to help bleach your teeth. Please note that these lights do very little to whiten teeth. Its true that light just like sunlight causes fading of chromogenic items but their contribution to bleaching teeth is minimal. Objective research has shown repeatedly that even the professional 'laser' whitening lights that dentists use do almost nothing to whiten teeth. Almost all tooth whitening is due to the action of the bleaching gel itself. These 'lights' are used more as a marketing strategy than for their whitening effectiveness.

Even if an Ebay seller claims to have custom fitted bleaching trays, most are not Full Arch Trays. Step 1: Order our system. We will ship within 1 business day of receiving payment.	Step 2: Make your impressions following our full color instruction sheet.	Step 3: Enclose your impression trays and information card and mail them back to us.	Step 4: We will make a model of your teeth and form your bleaching trays, which we will ship back to you.

Making Your Impressions:

	1. Remove one catalyst paste and one base paste and mix the two together by rolling and kneading in your hand for approximately 45 seconds until well blended into one color. The material will begin to harden if mixed for more than 1 minute..
	2. Roll out the material the width of the tray. Press the material and shape into the tray.
	3. Take the loaded tray and place over the upper teeth. Teeth should be centered in the impression material. Press firmly and with your fingers so you can feel the material flow over your teeth and gums. Do Not Bite Down - just hold in place with your fingers. The impression material will extrude through the holes on the tray. Keep the impression in place for one minute, remove and rinse in cold water. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TIME TO MAKE YOUR IMPRESSIONS IS ONLY 1 MINUTE EACH. DO NOT remove the molds from the trays.
	4. Check to make sure that you can see the impressions of your teeth in the impression putty. In case of error, you may use the tray again. An extra package of impression material is included.
	5. To make the impressions for the lower teeth, repeat steps 2-4. Place the tray over the lower teeth. Remember not to bite down. 6. Place the impressions in the preaddressed stamped packing envelope and return to Brighter Image. We will make your customized bleaching trays in our certified laboratory and send them back to you within 7-10 business days.
