***My Very Personal Story About Nail Biting. The thing that really got me concerned about nail biting was this. One day, I rode to the local quick stop store with my daughter in law, to pick up a few snacks. We pulled up to the front door of the store, and she said wait just a few minutes, and let's just watch the door. In and out came about 50 people in maybe 10 or 12 minutes. Everyone grabbing the door handle of the store, and it doesn't really matter what kind of person touched that door handle, rich - poor - yellow - green - or blue? What really mattered was they all had had hands, and some were very clean, and some were VERY DIRTY! And then I went up to the door, and grabbed that same door handle, that probably 1000 people a day grab. (How many doctors say you can get very ill from touching other peoples hands?) So I bought my bag of chips and iced tea, and got back into the car. Then my daughter in law said "after you eat your chips and and drink your tea, in about 10 minutes you will be biting your nails! The same nails that just grabbed a door handle that hundreds of people grab everyday"! That very day, I dropped her off and drove home, and started using the Control It that my son gave me a few weeks before! Think about it!
