Hello! This listing is ONE Lavender Handmade soap w/ Shea butter. These soaps are loaded with all the things you need for your skin! The shea butter and jojoba oil are so moisturizing, the lavender buds for exfoliation !We put the essential oils of Lavender and geranium together in this one, and it is awesome!! The soaps has rustic and primitive appeal to it! Each soap was handcut, so no two will be alike. Each weighs approximately 4-5 ozs. It will be packaged inside a cigar band wrap w/ the name and ingredients of the soaps on it.
We make our soaps by cold process only, not from melt and pour! Our soaps all starts from scratch! We make them with only the purest carrier and essential oils! We start with weighing the oils, mixing the butter and oils, weighing the lye and the water and then mix the lye solution with the oil.. wait for the soap to trace by constantly stirring the solution, after it traces, we put in our essential oils for scenting ( we only use the purest essential oils, not fragrance or any synthetic oils) and or some additional natural ingredients such as: ground oatmeal or peppermint flakes, or in this soap, we put lavender buds for exfoliation! When all the mixture are perfectly stirred together, we pour it inside a mold. Cover it overnight or for a day till it's ready to unmold. Once the soaps are unmolded, we handcut the log of soap into bars and let them dry and cure for 3- 4 weeks, sometimes 5 weeks. Drying time makes all the excess water evaporate from the soap , making the soaps long lasting, and it aslo completes the chemical reaction of the lye in the soap. It is no easy task, but it sure is fun!!
