Here is a imobilzer back brace.  I fractured 3 vertibrates in my back C-7,  T-2, T-3 in a car accident. I recovered fully and i hopefully won't need this any longer. I have a 42" chest and 36 waist.  It's fits full around your upper torso and their is attachment for your neck brace as well. Some new neck braces in bag.
