Here we have for your consideration a drilled and tapped Dietzel style repro cast in Everdur Silicon Bronze. This alloy is not the same as brass, it is a superior alloy to brass
for hardness and it is designed specifically for metal casting. This sand cast frame has been ground clean, milled, planed/sanded, drilled and tapped #8 8/32nd. 5/16" pinch style tube vice with #8 8/32. For shader set-up. Just needs to be machined for coil mounting and third circuit mock-up. This frame is so versatile, it can be set-up with either shorty or 1.25" coils. Shaders or liner build work great on this frame. Pinch style tube vice has already been made too. Let us know if you want yours with just a liner or a shader face plate hole instead of both holes.
