- What happens if I don't pay within 7 days?
If payment is not received within 7 days of the end of the auction, the item
will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed. If the item is still available for
purchase, we will gladly reopen your checkout. Once payment is received, we will remove the
unpaid item strike.
- When will I get my feedback?
We leave positive feedback for all of our
customers who pay on time and leave us positive feedback. As soon as we receive your feedback,
our system will automatically leave feedback for you.
- Does the item come in the original packing?
All items have their labels and are shipped in
original packing that was shipped to us.
- What if I received the wrong or not the correct size?
there is no need to leave negative feedback and
all you have to do is contact us by email, chat or by phone and we will resolve the problem.
