You are viewing a high quality ophthalmic frame from our store's optical collection. We use a top lens manufacturer and high-grade optical materials to produce a lens with exceptional clarity, precise magnification and maximum UV protection. The use of true optical materials makes for durable frames that with proper care will provide years of quality use.
Advanced Bifocal:
An Advanced Bifocal is essentially a twice cut lens. The upper portion of the lens is only tinted with no magnification. The dropped, double cut lens moves the magnifying portion of the lens below the wearer's line of sight and completely to the edge of the frame. It is important that no part of the unmagnified portion of the lens extend below the magnified portion.
Safety:
This Advanced Bifocal is suitable for wear when ANSI rated Z.87+ eyewear is called for. The + indicates this eyewear passes the new and enhanced (2003) ANSI test where a 1/4 inch steel ball fired at 150 feet per second impacts the lens. This is a much more stringent requirement than the older (1989, R-1998) Z.87.1 test which involves merely a dropped steel ball. These lenses are not suitable for welding.

"No Hassle" Returns and Exchanges:
We understand that when
purchasing online it's not always possible to know if you will find the
item suitable when you receive it. We also
appreciate that
you took the time to try one of our products and so we try to make the
return/exchange process as easy as possible. If you find
our product unsuitable for any reason, you
may return it for exchange, credit or refund. There is no restocking
fee. Just send an email with your request within seven (7) days of
receipt the product. You will receive a quick response with
instructions.
Returns:
You may return any item you find unsuitable for a
full refund including the cost of any outbound
freight. Basically, your only expense is the cost of first
class return postage ... usually less than $2.
Exchanges:
Send an email to CustomerService@EyewearPricedRight.com with
your invoice number, the item you want to exchange and the item you
want to replace it. We will ship the replacement to you, freight free,
and include a prepaid return addresss label. Once
you have received the exchange, put the return into same box,
affix the label and drop it in the mail. It couldn't be any
easier. If the exchanged item is less than the return we will
credit you the difference. If it is more, you may need to
make a small payment. We don't credit or ask for payment for
differences of less than $1.
