Two of the units we purchased off of eBay, the Cell Spa and the Spa Cleanse (pictured above), stated that they were CE and FCC cleared. Both units were actually labeled with fake CE labels. Any company manufacturing a device with the proper safety clearances should be able to provide you with the 150+ pages of documentation supporting their claims (Click here for the IonCleanse® documentation). The Cell Spa and the Spa Cleanse are NOT cleared. All the other units on eBay imported from the orient are manufactured to the same specs. They all come from two companies in China. Likewise, customer service and support is handled overseas, and the instruction that accompanies each unit is written in broken English (since we purchased these two units, we have first-hand experience of the service and support provided).
