Please ask for a revised invoice if purchasing more than one item. I like to make sure you receive the correct discount & sometimes the system doesn't always give you the best discount possible.
When I ship your item, you will receive a message from Pay Pal sent to your e-mail address with your shipping information and confirmation number.

Remember when you place a bid on a item, you are entering into a binding contract to complete this transaction.
RETURN POLICY
I only accept returns if the item was incorrectly listed, was mis-sized or had damage that I missed when listing the item.
I sell on e-bay to help with the cost of my daughters medical supplies, so I can not give refunds like a large department store does.
Unfortunately due to just a few buyers that have abused my return policy.....
......I have to state that I WILL NOT give refunds for items that were used & abused! They must be returned & packaged in the condition that they were shipped to you. I need to be contacted within 3 days of delivery and must be received back to me within 10 days of delivery to you.
I always try and make my customers happy, within reason. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me, so we can try and resolve it.

I try and purchase quality items at a wonderful price, so I can make a small profit and still sell it to you at a discount.
I purchase, prepare and package items that I feel meet a VERY HIGH Standard. You will never receive a used pair of shoes with dirt on the soles or a used purse with what I call "gravel" (crumbs, bits of paper, etc.) in the bottom.
I also will list every flaw that I can see on used items, down to the smallest lint ball.... even scratches on the soles!
You will never receive a purse from me that is crammed into a mailing bag, they are always boxed.
Purses and shoes are always stuffed with tissue paper or air pillows to keep there shape, wrapped in tissue paper and packaged with care.
The best way to contact me is through E-bay.
I do not always have the time to check my e-mail every day, but I'm ALWAYS checking my E-bay.
If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please re-send me the message. I try very hard to answer all questions within a very timely matter.
I WILL NOT answer any questions, asking what the reserve price is. I think it ruins all the fun telling you what it is.
