PAYMENT POLICY:
I prefer PAYPAL but I do accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks.
PAYPAL payments should be paid to rradney@cfl.rr.com within 3 days of closing of sale. If sending the payment via snail mail, email to let me know. This payment is expected within 7 days of sale closing.
If there is a problem paying within time, please email me. I am a very understanding person. Things come up that will cause someone to need more time. I just ask one thing, TELL ME!
SHIPPING POLICY:
DUE TO NEW LAWS PERTAINING TO REFUNDS,
I AM UNABLE TO SHIP TO GERMANY AS LISTED. SHOULD YOU WANT TO BID FROM GERMANY, PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST.
I am not responsible for damage to items in transit. I am very careful about tighten lids and if needed use packing material and ALWAYS postal approved tape.
Based on trouble I have had with the opening of my packages along with theft and re-wrapping, I strongly suggest paying the extra $1.65 for insurance up to $50.
International buyers check before guessing on rates or paying for the shipping. I charge a flat rate to USA buyers but I cannot do the same with international buyers. The program I use does not enable me to calculate two different types. I have no desire to make $$ on shipping, so if I ever grossly overcharge I will refund the buyer's money. I am not responsible if the rates change if you don't ask. It will never change from the amount I quote.
RETURN POLICY:
I will refund money w/ shipping if the product is not exactly what was pictured and bid on. If you change your mind, I will only issue a refund minus the shipping only if the product is UNUSED and is mailed back to me within 2 weeks.
Remember my store is just like a real store, I don't open the product. There is always a chance like in retail walk-in stores something is wrong from the manufacture. I will work with you on this and do my best to please us both.
