ABOUT U.S. SHIPMENTS,
DAMAGES (INSURANCE CLAIMS) AND RETURNS.
REGULAR
SHIPMENTS
- Your package will be shipped via UPS Ground
(exceptions are listed below).
- Shipments go out daily, Tuesday through Friday (the
store is closed on Mondays).
- EXCEPTIONS TO THE UPS GROUND RULE
- Packages that weigh 13oz or less, for which we will
gladly use USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation ($.75) and Insurance
(starting from $1.75).
- Books, DVDs, Blu-Ray Discs, Vinyl Records, VHS &
Cassette tapes will be shipped via USPS Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
(Any "book" that contains advertising cannot be shipped via Media Mail).
- Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories
outside the continental U.S. may be less expensive via USPS Priority Mail. If
that's where you live, please contact us about the shipment and quotes before
you bid.

RETURN
POLICY
- All sales are final unless an item was grossly
misrepresented or the package was damaged in transit.
UPS INSURANCE CLAIMS
- Notify us immediately.
- Keep the box that we shipped your item(s) in and all
the packaging (foam, peanuts, paper, etc.) for at least 7 days.
- Email us photos of the damages item(s) and a photo
of the box too (if there was visible damage to the box as well).
- We will start the insurance claim immediately and
refund your money or replace your item as soon as possible, typically once UPS
has notified us that they have either waived inspection, inspected, or picked up
the damaged item.
- UPS Claims move quickly and we'll keep you posted
every step of the way.

STATES POSTAL SERVICE INSURANCE CLAIMS
- See steps 1-3 above, in the UPS claims area.
- Beyond steps 1-3, we'll keep you posted. USPS claims
are slow and difficult to say the least.
