Creamy, intensely colored eyeliner duo that easily glides on. The Baked Cake Eyeliner Duo helps you create a smooth, flawless line with a sexy, smudgy look. The buildable formula gets darker with every layer.
Stroke the slanted eyeliner brush across the surface of the product & apply it along the top & bottom lash lines in continuous, pat-and-press strokes. Extend & lift slightly at the outer corner. To create a darker line, moisten eyeliner brush for a 'wet' application.
