- We ship Monday through Friday excluding all Major US holidays
- All items are shipped by UPS Ground with Signature Required with no exceptions
- Insurance is included for free.
- If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, please email us prior to purchase for a separate shipping quote
- We do not ship to Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO.
- For our customers in Canada, you will be responsible for UPS brokerage fees according to http://www.ups.com/content/ca/en/shipping/cost/zones/customs_clearance.html as well as any taxes and duties. We do not ship by any other carrier with no exceptions and we always declare the full item value on Customs forms.
