All Items are shipped within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail and Insurance is included on all items that are $100.00 and above. I will email you the tracking information when the item ships. All large items are shipped via UPS and again you will receive a tracking number once the item ships. All UPS shipments include Insurance. If you have a situation with a shipment - please email me via eBay for a quick resolution. When emailing about your item, only use the "Contact Seller" link to reach me since I do not answer any other email (AOL) to avoid phishers. I will combine shipping for you if you ask in advance and wait for the combined invoice before paying. I do not allow for local pickups for the security of my family since I had a "NUT-JOB" show up at my door at midnight! Also, I only ship within the U.S. so please dont ask. |

eBay has a special feature for sellers that automatically leaves positve feedback for our buyers one they have done so for us. eBay now has the Detailed Seller Rating section where you click on a level of stars for 4 different aspects of the transaction process. If a seller maintains a 4.7 average or higher, eBay will give them a discount on their seller fees. This discount is very important to me and will allow me to continue to grow and offer a wider variety of items with a very fair s/h fee. It seems that a lot of people think my s/h fees should be lower since my average for that aspect of the transaction is only 4.6. Please remember that as an eBay Seller, I do incur handling charges that I am allowed to pass on to the buyer as long as it is included in the s/h fee that is disclosed to you up front. For example: I spend $70.00 a week to have the items picked up for shipping and I spend $300.00 + a week on shipping supplies so the extra 1-2 Dollars included should not be a problem. Please keep in mind that all of my shipments are priority mail with a minimum cost of 4.75 plus insurance cost so please give me the 5 stars that I deserve for the S/H charges. I mainly sell Brand New items that have warranty cards included in the box that you need to fill out and send in to the manufacturer. I can not accept a Brand New item back that has been opened and used. |
