We do not cancel orders regardless of the reason, this includes accidental purchases made by you, the dog, the cat, the toddler, the baby sitter, the neighbor and whatever other reason you offer.

Once the item has been purchased or won, payment will be expected within 7 days including weekends and holidays, no exceptions.

Yes, we accept online payments from both United States and International Buyers. It takes only a few moments to submit payment online. It’s very quick & easy!

You may also click on the “checkout now” button located near the bottom of this auction just above the photo without having to wait for an invoice or email.

United States Payments by Phone:

Yes, we can accept credit cards by phone from United States Residents. Please note, this is an option and not a requirement.

United States Payments by Mail: 

Yes, we accept payments by mail.

To pay by mail, please click on the “eBay Pay Now” button. This will allow you to select a money order, cashiers check or personal check as your payment method.

It will also provide you with our mailing address, a printable invoice to include with your payment and allow the eBay system to update and notify us that payment is being sent by mail. Please include the invoice; it has your shipping address on it.

We accept, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks by mail.

Money Orders and Cashiers Checks ship without delay.

Personal checks are subject to a 10-day hold and your purchase will not ship until you check clears.

Personal Checks/NSF/Insufficient Funds: 

All NSF checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. Once a check is returned, our bank will return the check to us. If the original check amount PLUS the $35 returned check fee is not paid for by money order or cashiers check within 7 days, your check will automatically be forwarded to a check recovery collection agency. They will notify all three credit reporting agencies, they will notify the online check verification companies and you will not be able to write any checks until you have submitted the original check amount plus the returned check fee. 

Payments Not Received/Non Paying Buyers:

If payment is not received within 7 days, buyer will be reported to ebay as a Non Paying Buyer/NPB, a NPB Dispute will be submitted, a NPB strike will be issued against your ebay account, negative feedback will be left and the item will be re-listed. This can be confirmed by viewing our ~feedback left for others~ that did not to pay.   

Communication:

We're very good communicators! 

Inquiries are answered Monday-Saturday.

On Sundays and Holidays, our online time is limited and you may not receive a response until Monday. We appreciate your business and your patience is very much appreciated on these days.

If you do not receive a reply during the time noted above, please check your Spam folder, Bulk folder, deleted messages folder, etc.

Shipping Addresses / Mailing Labels:

Please note, shipping labels are automatically computer generated according to the mailing address ~you~ manually entered at the time of registration.    

Please check your “ship to” address to confirm that it is accurate.

If the wrong address is provided, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges required in order to resend your item to the correct address. In addition, the post office may charge us a fee for returning the item back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for this fee, too.

Shipping is not refundable, because the Post Office considers the service provided whether it is to the correct or incorrect address.

Therefore, it is very important that your “ship to" address is accurate.

Multiple Shipping Addresses:

If you provide multiple shipping addresses, we reserve the right to hold your package until you confirm your shipping address. Our goal is to get your package to you.

Sales Tax:

Michigan Residents will be charged the 6% Sales Tax as required by law.  No exceptions.

International Customs/Duty Tax:

International Buyers are responsible for any and all customs/duty taxes that your country may charge. This fee is not included in the shipping fee provided below. Your country collects this fee directly at the time of delivery. We do not mark packages as gifts. We declare the full amount paid for the package. We disclose exactly what the package contains. Please make sure the item is allowed into your Country. We are not responsible for rejected packages and shipping is not refundable.

Canadian/International Customers – Please request shipping rates before buying or bidding. International Shipping rates are higher! If you buy without requesting rates, you will still be responsible for the higher shipping rate. We ship international packages using USPS Global Express Mail only, it’s insured and it’s traceable. No exceptions. 

United States Shipping Special:

Many of our items ship free. Please see rates below to determine if this items qualifies. Purchases must be made through ebay, purchased within 24 hours of each other and shipped to one address located within the United States.

This offer is not available to addresses located outside of the United States.  

Shipping Schedule & Information: 

We believe once payment has been received/cleared, the item belongs to the customer and it should be shipped without delay. 

Payments received/cleared Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours. On Fridays, our shipping cut off time is 3pm EST.

Payments received/cleared after 3pm EST on Fridays will ship on Monday. If Monday is a Federal Holiday, your item will ship on Tuesday. 

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

We ship using USPS shipping.

We hand carry all packages to the post office counter. All packages are carefully, securely and discreetly packaged.  

Local Pick Up / Delivery:

Not available. No exceptions.

Delivery Confirmation /Tracking Numbers:

Included. All of our buyers will receive a delivery confirmation / tracking number.

Please note, it may take the USPS Online System 48-72 hours before their system begins to provide tracking information for your package.

Fraudulent Insurance Claims:

Please be advised that fraudulent claims are a federal offense and are punishable by law.  If the Postal Inspector provides proof that your package was not lost or damaged and you filed a false claim in an attempt to extort money and or merchandise, the Postal Inspector located at your local branch will handle this matter with you directly and we will assist them any way we can.

Legitimate Insurance Claims:
