This bubble foot massager is new but has one thing wrong.The tabs on the splash guard is broken off and 1 is still in the box where it can be glued on but the gaurd is only for filling and emptying water to keep from splashing.Other than that nothing is wrong with it and it comes with a pedicure set w/3 attachments.Don't let the splash guard deter you from enjoying having your feet massaged by heat and bubbles and then softening your feet with the pedicure set to keep them nice and smooth.I have one without a splash guard and I love it.I accept all payments and item ships once payment has cleared.If there were to be any problems contact me and we will resolve them.I am only asking 10.00 for it because of the splash guard.Thanks for looking!
