We bought this Mac Mini in April 2008 new from Apple with full 3 year warranty for $1,212.40. It's a fantastic machine, extremely quiet and small. The amount of ports and performance of this machine are impressive. My wife got a new laptop as part of her new job, so we'll just be using that. We hate to part with this amazing Apple product, but we need money for our daughter's school.
As far as I can tell, this mini is the exact same as one you'd buy new from Apple today. I just configured one on the Apple Store like mine and it would cost you $1,161.52 (includes shipping). So the pricing is very close to what I paid.
The mini has never been moved (in one room the whole time), has not been dropped and has no cosmetic damage that I can see. It's basically like new. I've tested all four USB ports, the video out, the FireWire port, the ethernet port and obviously the power port/cable. Everything works flawlessly.
I've run Microsoft Office, Filemaker, InDesign, Photoshop CS3, Lightroom, iPhoto, Address Book, iCal, Mail, FireFox, Safari, iTunes, iChat (with video chat), Timbuktu Pro, QuickTime, Quicken, Transmit and other applications on it - everything worked perfectly. I even was able to run World of Warcraft on this baby. The mini is an amazing piece of technology.
I ran a new, fresh complete OS install for you and grabbed all the Apple Software Updates. The OS is the newest 10.5.5.
We feel the mini is worth every penny we paid, but we understand it is technically used, so we'll start the bidding low without a reserve and let you decide.

Payment & Shipping: I'm offering free shipping within the U.S. only, using FedEx with full insurance & tracking. I'm accepting payment from PayPal only. Your PayPal account must be both verified and address confirmed. On Nov-29-08 at 19:28:45 PST, seller added the following information:Just for clarification, there is no keyboard or mouse included with this Mac Mini. That is not something you get standard when you buy from Apple, instead being a $98 optional upgrade (plus tax). I did not buy that option.
I'm not selling any software with this Mac Mini other than what you would receive by buying it direct from Apple. You can see what software comes with it here: http://www.apple.com/macmini/specs.html
The only reason I mentioned Microsoft Office, Filemaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Timbuktu Pro, Quicken, World of Warcraft, etc. above, was merely to illustrate that all the software I had run on it worked flawlessly. That software is not included in the sale of this Mac Mini.
Sorry for any confusion.
