I believe that sidewalk chalk is technically a mineral too, but I don't want it added to my makeup. It is unnecessary and doesn't add anything but fluff. Unfortunately, a lot of women are allergic to Bismuth Oxide. Sometimes they don't realize that they are allergic to it -- they just notice that their faces feel itchy when they wear the well known brand of mineral makeup. For your convenience, we accept payments via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money Order, and Personal Check. If you aren't finished shopping and want to wait until you find out whether or not you won some of our other auctions, that's okay. You are welcome to wait up to seven (7) days before paying. If there is a special situation (like you only get paid on the 15th and 30th and need to wait 12 days before paying) just email us and let us know. We are very customer friendly and easy to work with! We want you to be happy and want you to come back and shop with us again and again!
The Village Boutique is our full-time business. In addition to running the Boutique, we have an eBay store and three individual websites. We ship all orders via First Class U.S. Mail and/or Priority Mail and will do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours from the time we receive your payment.
We pack our products more carefully than most sellers and our packages are always a whole lot "prettier". Our tissue paper fairies work late at night, building our boxes for us and lining them with pink tissue paper. We will admit that they sometimes use more tissue paper than necessary, but when you open your package, we want it to be a special experience for you. That is why we give away thousands of dollars worth of FREE samples and by the time we pay all of the eBay fees and PayPal fees and shipping costs, we sometimes LOSE money on orders instead of making it. But's that's okay. Hopefully it will all equal out in the long run.
Please note that we are located in southern Florida and shipping from Cape Coral, Florida and Fort Myers, Florida is INCREDIBLY SLOW and we can't control how long the post office takes to get it to you, but we are shipping as quickly as possible on our end. If you are ordering from California, Texas, Oregon or Washington, please allow a few extra days to receive your shipment. We try to ship your products in the safest, least expensive method for you. If the box is lightweight enough to go First Class mail, that is what we use. If it is heavy and needs to be shipped via Priority Mail, we do that. But you are always welcome to upgrade your shipping. If you need it faster, you are always welcome to upgrade to Priority Mail. Just let us know.
Due to the nature of our products, and in an effort to protect your health and safety, our products are not returnable unless we have grossly misrepresented the products in either our descriptions or our photographs. But you will find that we are really friendly and always try to be helpful in any way we can, so please feel free to ask questions before placing your bid. And don't worry -- as far as we are concerned, there is no such thing as a stupid question.
If you receive your package and there is a problem, PLEASE contact us and give us the opportunity to correct the problem before you leave neutral or negative feedback and before you leave anything less than a perfect 5-STAR rating on the Detailed Seller Ratings. There is rarely, if ever, a problem that we can't fix if you give us the chance.
