Very gently used in excellent condition. Includes two remotes and 152" of track with 5 supports and manual. The chair and motor are attached to the track so the unit is one piece. The chair is 3' high and 2' deep. The unit is very heavy and would need some very strong people to carry it. Everything needed for installation is included (even the screws). The picture shows what the stair lift chair looked like before it was recently dismantled. The stair lift chair was purchased brand new for $3,500.
